Redefining Leadership

Development Programs

Modernizing Leadership Standards.

Developing Future-Ready Leaders. Strengthening Business Outcomes.

Our emerging, early, and mid-level leadership programs are built for the construction industry and the professionals who keep it moving.

These programs differ from traditional trade programs in that they develop the person as a leader, not just the title. We develop industry experts into human-centered, business-minded leaders who strengthen both people and results.

Enrollment Is Open!

The Atkins Impact is partnering with the American Subcontractors Association - Houston Chapter to bring you a professional and leadership pipeline development program uniquely designed to strengthen your talent bench with strategic, human-centered, and future-ready leaders.

These exclusive programs are uniquely tailored to meet the specific needs of the construction industry, setting a new standard for industry-focused development that centers on developing the individual behind the title.

Why Redefining Leadership?

Today’s leadership standards are grounded in century old principles that are no longer meeting the demands of today’s leader and the ever evolving, complex, and volatile business environment.

Under today's standards:

Poor leadership practices cost American companies ~$630 billion annually due to decreased productivity, turnover, and engagement

By 2030, a failure to invest in mid-level leaders will deepen the succession gap, leaving businesses vulnerable to disruption and inefficiency

Our Mission: To Create Future Ready Leadership Pipelines

We offer two cohort based development programs, with one common mission: redefine leadership standards and modernize leadership development by transforming "soft skills" into power skills.

Participants are equipped with actionable tools, transformative insights, and empowering experiences to lead authentically, influence boldly, and achieve strategic impact.

Our mission extends to partnering directly with organizations to cultivate effective, and future-ready leadership pipelines, driving both individual and organizational success in a rapidly evolving world.

One Program, Two cohorts.

Facilitated by Experts.

Momentum

High potential individual contributors who are emerging leaders, first-level and first time people supervisors, coordinators, superintendents, and influence-based leaders across field, office, and construction-adjacent roles.

Ascend

Mid-level leaders responsible for leading other leaders, teams and outcomes and are ready to operate with strategic presence, organizational influence and greater impact at a senior level.

These programs are uniquely designed for:

Emerging Leaders:

Early-career leaders, such as supervisors, who are seeking to build foundational leadership skills and confidence to lead people.

Mid-Level Leaders:

Managers, senior managers, and directors who lead teams and are ready to enhance their leadership influence, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results.

High-Potential Talent:

Leaders identified in succession planning pipelines who are preparing for advanced leadership roles and greater organizational impact.

Ambitious Aspiring Executives:

Rising leaders with a vision for senior leadership who want to strategically accelerate their career growth and readiness.

Leaders Navigating Challenges:

Professionals facing imposter syndrome, burnout, perfectionism, or career stagnation, seeking tools and strategies to overcome barriers and thrive complex environments.

Leaders Committed to Growth:

Leaders who aim to elevate their leadership effectiveness, build readiness for future roles, and lead authentically while driving meaningful results.
