The Leadership Redefined Conference is a shared space for truth, growth, and transformation.

In 2026, we are gathering women leaders, executives, founders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who are ready to challenge outdated leadership norms and contribute to a new standard rooted in strategy, authenticity, and humanity.

We are looking for speakers who bring both credibility and energy, research and real-world application, insights and lived experience.

Registration Opens: January 1, 2026
Call for Speakers Opens: February 9, 2026
Call for Speakers Closes: March 31, 2026
Speaker Notifications on or around: May 1, 2026
Full Conference Agenda Available by: May 31, 2026

We are intentionally curating a conference experience that prioritizes transformation over promotion. Speakers selected for the Leadership Redefined Conference are expected to contribute engaging and educational content that supports leadership growth and learning.

Presentations must not include sales pitches, service promotions, product demonstrations, or calls to purchase programs or offerings. Speakers who are unable to separate education from selling will not be considered.

Our goal is to create a stage where speakers serve the audience through insight, strategies, expertise, and practical application.

We are seeking proposals in alignment with our 2026 conference theme:

Rising Whole

Sessions in this category are centered on self-leadership, purpose driven careers and leadership, wellbeing, unapologetic authenticity, and sustainability.

Leading Human

Sessions in this category are grounded on the human centered leadership skills, personal development, influence, presence, and relational aspects of leading others.

Redefining Together

Sessions in this category are focused on building meaningful relationships, advocacy, estabilishing communities, and accelerating our leadership journey as a collective effort.

Please note that due to the volume of submissions, only selected speakers will receive a response. We sincerely appreciate the time, thought, and care invested in every application. A maximum of two (2) presentation submissions will be considered from any one speaker or organization.
